Today I edi use Note7 for 1 month, I'm very happy with it.

Battery recall doesn't change it's the best phone out there now, all the youtube, tech website reviews also can testify how great it is.

- Bright, beautiful AMOLED screen. Just looking on paper spec won't help u appreciate how important this feature, u gotta see and use it yourself, when u watch video, view photos, how viewable it is under noon sunlight, it's just... better.

- Great battery life and fast charge. Techradar compared with battery king flagship, S7 Edge. Despite N7 0.2" bigger and less 100mAh, in similar test, S7 Edge lasted only 4 minutes longer, very small margin despite on paper suggesting S7E should be much, much longer. Full fast charge around 1 hour 30 min, very handy for quick topup, feels so good it spend much lesser time plugged in, more time in my hand. Now with USB-C, the first Samsung to have it.

- Camera. The benchmark android phone, period. Even compared to iphone 7 plus with its dual lens, the N7 still can hold its own. N7 still faster focus thanks to dual pixel (this is Canon DSLR level of technology), still better low light snapper due to bigger sensor, and better dynamic range than ip7+. In my future travel, I can now completely forget my point and shoot camera, and just rely on N7.

- Flagship-class performance. Many laughed when ip6s+ destroyed it in speed test, but in normal day-to-day use, it's just not noticable. During extensive review by youtubers / tech writers, nobody talked about lag at all, it's just so fluid and lag free when u use it normally, it's non-issue. Samsung's skin keeps getting refined (now Grace UX). I see my friend's 1 year old Note5 still very fluid, no lag, and he's a heavy gamer, with all sorts of MOBA games he's playing, so the phone is holding up well for its age, I'm optimistic with mine.

- IP68 Water-resistance, great feature. Feels good to let it get splashed and not worry at all.

- Comfortable, ergonomic symmetrical design. With edge screen that makes it look bezel-less, it's so easy to hold with one hand for a 5.7" device. Though I keep it in thick, shockproof case most of the time, holding it naked occasional (when I feel it's safe from chances of dropping) feels like using it as it was designed, and I love it feels great.

- It's got 3.5mm audio jack, not as fancy as LG V20's, with better DAC, but hey, it's still there, just saying.

It's not cheap, granted, but costs less than iphone (or similar with cheapest ip7 32GB, lel, half of N7's 64GB internal) and given its performance, well justified.
