Average we paid 650psf. So it's OK la.

Sales very good, about 700+Psf for 1529sf high floor and 800+Psf for 1443sf and 1788sf. The new promo package very good deal, much better than those who bought during pre launch, that's why the sales moved quite a bit......

PPA1M 752 units and 920 units residential project in the same land.......1672 units.....

920 units 2 blocks. 460 units per block. 40 level. 12 units per floor.

And don't forget there are 2 more high rise developement opposite zenia and Southlake. Then the Parkcity town centre......they have about 3 similar developments like R2.......

Call those media to attend also, let others know how PPSB screw their customers.

Well, you can contact them, sinchew, the edge, china press, other property related media and saying angry residents in desa parkcity are being screwed by Perdana PARKCITY Sdn Bhd by building 2 blocks ppa1m and PRIMA totalling 1672 units in desa parkcity where once was a best place to live in Malaysia. Ask the media to question the reasons why they want to do this to their award winning township, where there are better place to build the PPA1M and PRIMA.

But PPSB attitude is always DELAY NO MORE and go ahead.......
