Anyone knows where does the rapid "tek tek tek" vibration sound come from? Happens randomly, but mostly whenever i switch on headlamps, car in "D" mode and brake pedal is fully pressed, and when i press the throttle like in the vid...

Hi guys! I've installed fog lamps on my saga flx sv (didn't come with one) and I encountered problem with the switch terminals (trying to use the original fog lamp switch)

Already blown 2 switches (pw855335) with my current connection (refer pic)... 😭

i guess original the switch intended to be used with Canbus system if im calling it right. not directly to relay.

Bought another switch that can be used with relay, took it apart and managed to fit into ori proton switch. Looks just nice.

Hi bro, can u share how u modi the ori switch?
*
Sorry forgot to take photos when i modified the switch, but here are the steps:
1. Take apart ori proton switch, keep the round cap and the case, cut the green LED from the circuit board to be used in the new switch
2. I used this small switch for toyota/perodua (https://shopee.com.my/product/64854509/3420778758?v=235.&smtt=0.0.10), take it apart, keep the circuit board
3. Since the toyota switch has 2 orange LEDs, determine the LED that turns on when button is pressed, replace it with green LED with longer wire
4. Place the toyota circuit board into proton switch case, make sure you place it in the groove, it will fit in nicely, use hot glue to secure
5. Hot glue the round cap (without hot glue a bit loose) to the switch on the circuit board, and position the greed LED close to the round cap (since its longer now) so that the light is brighter when the switch is turn on

Hope this helps! Please let me know if you make one! 😀

Has anyone experienced this noise before? Went to SC and they replaced the belt tensioner bearing and the problem still persists... Money down the drain 😥
