Gua punya boot cracked (tgt with NGV tank bracket) after gone through offroad to munufacturing site ... >.<

It is coz the bracket is bolt on the boot body ... and eventually the body crack as circle in green part haha

Any bro here know how much to change flx manual 1.3 clutch plate ? Any good workshop rekomen at KL ?

Belum check wiring ... Weird thing is if I don't put fuse tu light boleh buka. But if I don't put fuse banti bulb tu easy bakar ... So highly suspek is wiring... So I just let it be ... Luckily left fog lamp boleh guna lagi

Went to autohaus today damn expensive to change clutch plate for flx

Clutch plate + cover - 950
Clutch bearing pump set - 450

Kalau pump x rosak then OK kalau rosak then gg d

Not enough money so plan to put it there first drive my gf car

Bro LED cabin damage berapa ?

Hi guys, anyone of you experience headlamp problem? My gaga (flx 2012) left hand headlamp got problem i checked, bulb still good, fuse tak putus, did not lid up when turn on. When I cabut the fuse the low light lid up but very dimmed, with fuse both high and low beam not lid. signal light no problem.

Funker, think to give up but still feel annoying when see only 1 side got light XD WIll send to workshop when i service next month

THank you funker, tested relay still good think might be socket or wiring, or probably fuse socket coz use 12v test bulb test on fuse socket very low power in .... as the test bulb not bright ....

Now:
Mobil Super 3000 - 5w30 - (foreman recommend me do 7k) so far so good engine feel lighter and better rev than Castrol

I tried the following:
Good Oil:
Castrol Edge 5W-40 - a good oil using this all long before recent test Mobil Super 3000 (10k interval)

Ok oil:
Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 - 8k no power
Petronas Syntium 800 Semi 10w40 - 4k no power

Crap Oil:
Toyota Fully Syn 5W40 -Fully but 7k already no power
Akaya 5w40 fully - also around 7k no power

Depends your condition:
Absorber:
if all 4 pcs front and back absorber should be around RM510 for KYB Excel G exclude labour (slightly better than Stock for handling).
If you go for better KYB RS Ultra Slightly expensive around RM560 exclude labour (Stiffer but alot better than stock).
Above price also exclude mounting and bush front 1 pair about 100, back 1pair about 80.

Spring:
If spring ok don't need change unless u feel ur spring very soft, original 4pcs 220 say really if not lowered FLX stock spring is ok already not too "soft".

Lower Arm:
My FLX always got issue with lower arm. I really dunno is parts quality issue or what Original or Mitsubishi i used also same. Each year change 1 side. Rm 120-130 per side.

Stablizer link:
Ori 80 OEM about 40, but i usually go for ori OEM i takut the bush not tahan. So left and right sendiri x2 la.

Tie rod body + rack end + rubber boot :
1 set left right RM80

Drive shaft :
Left and Right 550 (Auto and Manual might have slight different price, this is Manual price, but wont too far apart la)

Engine Mounting:
1 set - Auto 200, Manual 230


All these exclude labour ya. Happy major maintenance for ware and tear.

My gaga fully paid for 1 year (2012 FLX Exec MT). At 1st plan selling and change car but unfortunately manual plus NGV no market value. SOOOOOOO i'm back to active XD plan to have some performance and interior upgrade project. Since is for forever own use and keeping so just spend some money je la. My Project List:

Demod:
1. NGV. Since dah susah cari NGV station just take it off la. Damage asked RM200
2. Proride rear spring - since dah tak ada NGV tank guna balik FLX ori spring sudah la.

Current Moded:
1. 15inch Rim
2. 3 Max front strut - after dismantle NGV will put it back it still in my house
3. LED light bulb for H7.


Upkambing project:
1. Universal Push Start and Keyless Entry - RM480 (+180 installation)
2. Absorber - KYB RS Ultra (RM550 parts only) or Ftune GT (RM3750 include labour)
3. TS10/ 7862 Android Player with 360 panoramic camera, Apple car play, sim card and wifi (besides my steering wheel control rosak need to find 1 day buy parts to change it) (still scouting)
4. Front, side and rear Lower Bar, Rear Anti Roll Bar (I think about RM1500)
5. Works Drop in Air Filter (RM130)
6. Lightweight Crank Pulley (RM380)
7. 4:2:1 extractor, still thinking want to change resonator and muffler or not (not yet scout to see how much and where to do)

So roughly the project will cost me around RM10k if i go for adjustable or RM7k if i go for KYB RS Ultra. But this project will take time and bit by bit doing it XD

It depends on mounting bro there is overhead mounting which can mount on top of aircond vent rather than current radio position.

If change meter then x payah la my meter still good, touch wood so far my alternator still strong just …Amaron gooding yo I used NGV it can clock me 3 years also … others brand all 1 tahun KO

Ini by luck is assembly problem, when u service ur drum brake usually when change pump or shoe then it will come so need to buka adjust adjust sikit then will gone

Bro go to those car seat cushion shop they can replace the form inside and sew it back . I repair my driver and passenger seat replaced some form and replace the side fabric due to kayak, then driver seat patah they help to solder back total cost me 120. I do it at Seri Kembangan KS Seats Auto same day gao dim.
