Hi guys, anyone experienced irregular alarm immobilizer performance?

Sometimes it works normally, but sometimes the car doesn't unlock although the remote lights up even after trying multiple times, must resort to using key to manually open the door which triggers the alarm.

Issue still occurs after changing remote battery, but it happens randomly

Initially I thought was the first key problem, I've swap to my second key currently and the problem still persists
