I'm expecting to get the item by 9/9/2016

so I called them everyday since 13 Sept to ask for my order status. Lazada CS said the item already with courier la, will revert back la...end up I need to call them everyday.

Just now, Lazada CS called and said courier unable to deliver and ask me if I want a refund.

Now need to wait another 15 working days to get my money back.

Normal..I kena before. Sometimes the price too cheap they won't honour. Will say no stock.

How does this make them scammers? a price is an offer to treat. A contract does not exist until money and goods change places now if they didn't refund, they would be scammers. If they refund, then they refund. Nothing legally compels them to accept your money

Don't order when you are about to recieve it on a Holiday or weekends. And never to it last minute and hope to get it fast before a deadline. You will be disappointed

It's not. I bought there before but noticed majority product really old cause manufactured like 5 years ago. That's why they are cheap. Some also cause manufacturing defects. I think Lazada like middleman helping to sell online for multiple sellers, that's why some ok, some not ok.

Before purchase online, few things to be noted (these all are my own experience LOL)

1. During holiday season, it's very normal for late delivery
2. If big discount, most of time will "out of stock", last time Rakuten also did the same
3. They will offer full refund to prove that they are not scammer. Hehehe....

they've advertised the product, when the buyer purchase it they form a contract. contract must be fulfilled unless lazada has any clause to get out of the contract.

I ordered my stuff (sold and fulfilled by lazada) on 15 sep. on that night, i got the sms that said the item has shipped (with skynet tracking number). expected delivery is 21-23 sep, but skynet haven't record anything for ## days already.

email from lazada:
"Regretfully, we should tell you that until now we still need time to resolve your ticket, we could only ask for your patience on this matter, though we know that you have exerted all possible efforts to be patient. We will get back to you as soon as we can solve your concern."

Today, the skynet tracker still shows AWB does not exist.

On 30 sep, lazada finally resend the item.

lazada has wasted my money & time. with that amount of loss, i can buy a brand new phone at my kampung without the hassle of going through lazada itself.

1) said will reply in 24hrs but never replied
2) said will refund in 48hrs but never refund.
3) said will refund but changed his mind to resend.
4) said will send the item to houseX but finally sent to houseY.

So far okay with Lazada. Buy so many things already.

No delivery problems yet with Lazada but I once had to wait over a month for something I bought from 11 street. Ordered late July, got it early September.

Lazada is not reliable anymore. Bought Jadore perfume stated as original from them, received after 7 days, not only late but it was a Fake one. Then they also edit my feed back. Returned the item, they did not ask further question. It's a big scam. Contemplating reporting to KPDNKK.

nope, is trading, even online, once payment make, they need to fufill their promise within certain period, if buyer can proof seller selling something which theybdont have in hand that another case.
