Plan to buy new Wira 1.5 Auto full spec, What i need to be caution with?

Hi guys,
I get offer from EON at Muar with discount of RM4500 for 2006 year car. Since recently a lot of places in Johor hit by flood, i'm concern if the car is placed at somewhere in Johor then hit by flood. Then may be they just service the engine and sell it to consumer. Is that possible? How to make sure that doesn't happen to me? This will be my first time buying car. Any other thing i need to concern about? Anyone in KL can give better offer?  Thanks |

Thanks for all the advices. But due to certain reason, i'll still buy it.
