ok back to your question.....as what was posted by shackks, check for any traces of moisture and smell....those are the ones very difficult to get rid of.....

one good place to look at is the boot where the spare tyre is kept.....sometimes, the person who clean/detail flooded cars overlook this portion......also look at the roof from the inside.....to replace is and look like originally new is not easy....

i would suggest you put off buying the car first (if u want to buy in johor), if you cant wait, i suggest u come up to seremban or kl to purchase it.

chances are in johor, the cars might have been damaged by flood waters.
and i would recommend u get a wira manual instead of auto because the auto is famous for its high fc, low power.

i will advise dun get the Special Edition..

there is auto and manual version for wira aeroback SE, or wira sedan.

the actual special edition wira aeroback has 4 disc brakes

those with rear drum brakes is just a normal wira aeroback with the special edition sticker only

Damn gearbox is very unresponsive, Underpowered.

Heck with all the "Its a proton" Remark. I've owned 2 protons, 1 iswara and this current Wira.. Theres no major probs with the car.. Engine is Suprisingly long lasting and gearbox is very hardy (despite me keep down shifting it to "2" for more power).

The only problem is the rattling noise that magically comes after sum time.. Just need to DIY to get rid of those..ya know what im saying..

Its Large, spacious, With cold aircond... (i cant belive im saying this eventho im driving a proton )

It depends on how you take care and drive it.. thats all. e.g: Hit a pothole at max speed, Go through bumpy roads like its flat, etc etc.

Actually about the wira 1.5A i got no complains except for its 3 speed auto gearbox which limits top speeds and makes the engine run at High RPM at speeds above 70km/h.

If only i could buy a 4 speed auto gearbox from a halfcut shop and fix to my car. But i heard that its not possible. i wonder why
