The newest Digimon World game is making its way to PS4 for the Americas in early 2017, Bandai Namco revealed at its pre-TGS event.

Digimon World: Next Order was originally released on PlayStation Vita early this year in Japan. Bandai Namco said that Next Order and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth were localized partially because of a signature campaign by western fans.

The Digimon World: Next Order PS4 edition has updated graphics, Japanese and English voice overs, and new missions. In Next Order, the player joins forces with Digimon to save the digital world from Machinedramons.

swt, remake of digimon world ps1? again?

trailer seems good, but i want see how is the gameplay before purchase

similar gameplay like digimon world 1, this game is actually for vita but now releasing on ps4 just like cybersleuth

sweet, i really like digimon world ps1.
but this kind of game is destined for 3ds...they should port it!

I still remember they localized Tales of Xillia after fans made a petition to get it translated to English and submit it at Namco's office.

Armageddemon

Armageddemon is a powerful Mega form Digimon that you will discover during a brand-new dungeon in the Dimensional District. Once you complete Story Mode, you will have to defeat him to save the Digital World.

Meicoomon and Maycrackmon, both from Digimon Adventure Tri., are also joining the Digital World for new adventures.

Network Battles

Players can experience Network Battles thanks to the Dimensional Box at Jijimon’s house. Face other players in a retro atmosphere and gain points from your fights to unlock different kinds of rewards.

Free Post-Launch DLC

After the release of the game, players will be able to enjoy new content thanks to free downloadable content. Piedmon, Myotismon, and the fearful Boltboutamon are all joining during a new, mysterious event. Several other events, involving different Digimon such as Piedmon, Tukaimon, or Sorcermon, will also be available.

finally got my copy yesterday and play for 5 hours!

got BlackAgumon > Blackgreymon then Skullgreymon was trying to train it into Blackwargreymon but it dies!!! then my another one is Blackgabumon > blackgarurumon then Etemon.

so far so good this game just dont like the main char walking so slowly

Whenever mine dies we just respawn back in town.

it will reduce your digimon lifespan, i guess everyone who play the game their 1st ever defeat is by that RedVeggiemon!! LEVEL 3 ONLY BUT SO OP.

I got a guardromon but why it wont fight during battle and always showing sweating icon, anyone pls help!
