Hi, r u sure is residential title? as i know, is still under master title now...

i gonna buy a unit there..anyone give me pro n cons accordingly to env there, still that good as per comment by owner of this post?

Few question wish to clarify:

1, aman height sri kembangan mostly stay by owner or rent out?
2. is management good?
3. mostly stay by Chinese?
4. i just found out that the land was "rizah simpanan melayu" , which mean, if to convert title, other races may face difficult ....is that true?
5. does anyone know what is the progress of converting from master title to strata title?
6. Does anyone hv aman height management office number?
