Recently just look for a property located at Sri Kembangan. The Condominium name is Aman Heights Condominium.
During view the property, it environment is quite and peaceful. The common areas is well maintain by the management when i see the condominium, it not easy to saw a rubbish and the swimming pools are clean.

The security of the Condominium is not very tight, because it the guard house, there is no gate to secure on it.. it is totally depend on the security guards take care on it. if the guards miss out one or two people for sure there are can easily get in the condominium areas.  Luckily that every block have a security gate and guards at the lift entrance.

The facilities of the condominium is under average and the management fees is reasonable.  The facilities is include swimming pool, gym, multipurpose hall, badminton court and convenience shop..

the units that i looking is renovated units and it is under good condition as well. the selling price is reasonable. 

The location of the property is one of the cons because it very congestion due to the the road is very small and public transport is 1KM far from the subject development.

This is my view of Aman Height Condominium, welcome everyone comment below what is the pro and cons of the Aman Heights Condominium.
