anyone encounter when restore iphone using ipsw files getting error code 3194?

how to solve this matter? i did tried editing the host files on my windows\system32\drivers\etc

but non of this work.

guys, is there any way on ios10 to block all incoming numbers except ones on my phonebook?

im getting call bombs from prepaid numbers every damn day at an extremely frequent rate

that is one alternative i am taking for the time being, only calls that can go thru while dnd are my contacts.

still have to manually turn the call down if im on my phone.

Already updated on my ipSE that day.

Nothing new in terms of features actually, just that they change from using HFS to AFS. And you'll gain some storage back after the update.
