there's isnt too much when come to mAh. its the holding capacity.. the more you the bigger size it will be. so on the same size its best to grab the highest capacity. But there are some cons on this where some of the higher capacity battery would have short cycle life compare to smaller capacity battery...
*
Yeah i saw that bigger capacity has short life cycle....
Was breaking my head..... So u are saying that 2000 is sufficient ? Thanks

I'm still using the very first gen Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable battery with 2000MAH, initial for SB700, now using them in i40. So far so good. Per charge can last me for a least few sessions of event. But then if you worried, you can have 2 sets of batteries, then you can swap them in case they ran out of power during critical time.
*
Per charga can last few sessions ? Wow! Around how many clicks per session do u click.

example this:

http://www.lazada.com.my/panasonic-eneloop...l-11549988.html

after finish key in address and credit card number and press review, look for place to apply coupon.. key in coupon and -Rm20 based on the above coupon

so 73 - 20 = 53.00 for 4 pcs eneloop pro AA
*
Oh ok. Thank you, thank you.
Really appreciate ur guide on that.

So the code is only for the pro AA is it or can i use it for e 2000 mah as well. I thought about it- am noob, goin to be simply clicking a million times in the procees of learning, so thought that the 200 with much higher cycles would be suitable for me..

2000mAh last me average5-6k shots (on HVL-F60M)

recently change to  2400mAh, last up to 8-9k shots now(3 and half session of wedding)....

cycle time depend u firing full power then its a big deal,... my shooting method is to reduce power as much possible, hence better cycle and batt life, reduce risk of miss-shot during blank cycle...
*
5-6k per charge on 2000mah is vey good i guess... i tried with alkaline sweat.gif about 600 shots already begin to show slow cycle...

thanks for e info. Think will opt for 2000mah since i would be clicking aimlessly, hence the longer life of the battery would be useful to me.

Standard eneloop is fine, make sure you get the ones made from Japan and not China
*
Yeah thinking of standard.

really depend, coz if you are firing full power from a gn60 flash, probably around 300 times and it depletes.... but if you manage the firing power to fire at 1/64-1/32, then you can easily hit 4000-5000 shots

its about how you manage the setting and sufficient to to light up your image. another advise is... if you add those toiletbowl or demb diffusor or stofen cap... those light modifier actually slows down another 1 or 2 stop of light, making less efficient mileage from you battery
*
Ok...i hv to learn about this proper setting if e flash...
True, the diffusers logically do cut down light.

Thanks for e tips, appreciate it.

Just another query.... the advert says 2000mah, but down below in description it says 1900mah, saw this in a few ads.

So these are considered as 2000mah or 1900mah.
Thanks.http://www.lazada.com.my/panasonic-eneloop...t-11344378.html

Look at package. Don't jump into conclusion. Clearly printed on the package it's 1900 mAh
*
Actually i meant this link. Package says 2000mah.. but below its 1900mah.http://www.lazada.com.my/panasonic-eneloop...an-9802745.html

Anyway thanks. Now i know that there are 1900mah and 2000mah. Need to look carefully.

Not saying that there's 2000 mAh and 1900 mAh. It could be older packaging. Fully charged would be up to 2000 mAh while minimum fully charge battery would be at 1900 mAh.

there are 2000 and 1900. Clear in e ads. Also, need not go further, just saw below this thread... there is eneloop advert for 1900mah
