QUOTE(haturaya @ Sep 13 2016, 10:45 PM)
Wait until you compressor starts to make noisy sound. Split unit you can put the compressor further away. Hence, minimising the compressor sound coming in.
*
i have never seen people doing that

in the sense....is stupid to do so. workman ship easily cost you rm100 for the relocation

*
I saw few videos where they introduced split unit to homeowners and they're very excited as fuck because they've never seen it,in Aus it's quite popular

QUOTE(acbc @ Sep 13 2016, 10:26 PM)
Noisy and vibrate the window frame.

they said it's because of the vents design. it can be wall only or window only or both.

if not mistaken, the difference is at the mounting bracket, for wall install or window install..

anyway, their split unit install also very different for compressor part also, usually they put on a concrete pad on the floor, while ours is wall hung

no , not because of that, cos usually they have multi unit or central aircon with single big ass compressor.

See angmoh they are so pro. Wiped the indoor blower to clean it first. Look at the distance from the wall for the compressor, that's good circulation unlike ours, so close to the wall.
