Then it has to be a battery problem.

I changed my 5S battery DIY using ori battery bought from Lelong. No problems even after a year. The cost? RM 40 including the tools.

Yea, that sounds exactly like what my iPhone 5 went through sad.gif and it was frustrating cause the battery gets drained really fast; if ladyluck smiled at me on that day, the phone will last close to 3/4 of the day; if not, it won’t even last for half a day and just like you mentioned, once the phone is connected to a charger, the % of charge jumps really fast!
Unfortunately for me, it happened after the warranty was over, so I sent it into a 3rd party iPhone specialist and got the battery replaced, and ever since then, the battery has been stable throughout. smile.gif

p/s: I supposed once the iPhone has gone through 3rd party intervention, it’s then a question of when the next visit will be.

I haven't a clue for Kajang area, unfortunately. I sent mine to a specialist shop located in Puchong and that was more than a year ago, and it seems like they'd moved out from there, so yea, I'm hunting for a good specialist shop too, just in case. iPhone 5 running on iOS 10 is gooding, by the way. smile.gif
