agree. I was a part of ninja van parcel delivery(they sub the delivery to part time) and as I told that, if the customer didn't hand over the payment, dont give item. After customer dh hand over payment, then can give item (but mostly I hand over 1st then take money from customer)
So its true that although you opt for cod, chances your item damage/broke during delivery is high. So let say after you sign and you open the parcel and parcel is damage, you cannot blame the courier guy as he  mostly deliver ( or maybe some of them saje2  rosak kan item org, bad bad people ) and you must report immediately to lazada. You may however take picture on the spot together with the delivery guy and include in your report.

p/s: ayam already stop deliver item    sbb warez house bapak jauh and too many nigerian play-play with over order (order barang tpi x nak bayar)

Just an update on my Milo drama. Lzd revalidated my voucher so I managed to reorder this morning. But will wait for the orders to arrive before jumping for joy.

anyone experience delivery product with LEX? my case the LEX person purposely think my parcel 10 minutes early. meaning after I receive email indicated my item has been delivered, then 10 minutes later the lex guy came to your house and pass the parcel.
but weird things is normally the delivery guy require my ic/signature, but this time he just pass and go.

I report and only get rm10 sorry code je zzzz
