Hi all... need some help here... pretty new to shopback and Lazada combo...
So I use mobile app Shopback and click to Lazada and start shopping... then when I tried to apply code for mobile... it says not eligible and only can be used for mobile app... Is it possible that I can get shopback plus also mobile app code discounts? I tried to login to shopback via browser on my phone and then from browser I click on app to lazada? But that case doesn't seem like shopback can track those transaction.... Thanks in advance for any help here ! |

Yeah... I did... then go straight to lazada mobile app... so how I know if that works? No tracking like when you open lazada via shopback app you know sure captured... the purchase....

Only if your item got the icon "satisfaction guaranteed" then it falls under that category and you can return I guess if you change your mind...
Not all item or simply any item can return just like that....
