You are simply generalizing that manufacturer warranty means new item, and I'm showing that's not necessarily the case. About the false claim of manufacturer warranty when its actually supplier warranty, that's a different issue.

And 'Lazada' is not selling those sets, please find a single item fulfilled by Lazada which has that? Its an online marketplace, there will always be listings which are conjob. Check the ratings, and report any which are suspicious. Or you think that Lazada should vet through everything (and hence surcharge you on all items to pay for it)?
