Can't agree more..
Some items, like for example I bought the A9 pro, stated free gift sd card, but when I received it, no free gift was in the package. Called LAZADA, and they tell me they can't do anything, as the only way out is for me to return the item. Easy for them, much hassel for us customers, its a pain in the ass dealing with LAZADA.
One more incident, I bought a zoom h1 microphone, stated 1 year local manufacturer warranty.
Before one year is due, the mic screw broke, I called up the official zoom malaysia HQ, and he told me that LAZADA selling imported sets are killing the sales of their company.
So why pay less, but dont have warranty from local manufacturer.He continued stating that if you had paid abit more which is buying from us, you can get it replaced for free..
I think we all get the picture, the local manufacturer refused to even receive or repair my unit, even though the very fact that LAZADA stated local manufacturer warranty.
Best advice, is called up the local manufacturer first, asked them if we purchased from LAZADA do they even honor your warranty.

most of my case wif lazada..if item received without free gift, but advertised with one, I'll straight away email or create ticket with them..
one 1 case...zte blade...with rm79 free gift + other gifts.
didnt received the other gift...they replaced me with rm79 sorry coupon...lol..and missing gifts also they deliver..
