if the parcel we send back to lazada loss in the courier who will be responsibility?lazada told me once u give them the tracking number and the parcel go out they start do refund.so if never reach them still can refund ?

Because of holiday, shipping will continue on Tuesday.
Further shipment detail you should contact Gdex.

As for the refund, it takes up to 1, 2 or 3 weeks, depend on bank.
Lazada will notify you if they already initiate the refund, the rest is up to the bank process lead time.

Further refund detail, you should ask Lazada personally to expedite your refund.

I only can tell you that I get every refund 100% on item that I send back and order that I cancel, just that need to be patient, never miss any refund.

Normally takes up to 2 weeks for the refund debit into the account, some time just take 1 week, it depends, all bank nearly the same period of time.

i have a case with lazada too. lazada cs offered me a refund, but finally lazada cancelled the refund and resent the phone. luckily i didn't wasted my money on another phone.
