Hi Guys,

To you prefer working on a fixed time (e.g 8:00am to 5:00pm) or flexible time (can come and leave at any time). I know working fixed hours sucks but company usually pay u OT if you works extra hours.

Most ppl IMO would prefer flexible hours la....imagine can wake up late but in return go home a bit later la. Small price 2 pay 2 avoid the jam in the morning n evening, win-win situation.

flexible hours = for single young bachelors, need to go on-site client , rushing for executing more tasks , rather than working at desk ..
fixed hours = for family man , need to go for dinner with family and for those whom dont have to work at nite..hehe

correct me if im wrong

This has become a reason why some people tends to work till late a bit; to avoid traffic jam during normal 5pm.

Normally for flexi hour, you will need to come between certain time. For example if your official working hours is from 8am-5pm, the flexi hour will be from 8-8:30am to 5-5:30pm. You're only allow half an hour of it only.
