Hi all,
I was recommended by the shop owner on these two tyres, Hayton manufactured by Bridgestone and BFGoodrich advantage T/A, i have no idea on their performance and quality as well, does anyone is using or used before? Appreciate if could share some info or experience on this. Between, i am looking for size 215/45/17. Thanks.

I guess you meant to say Dayton instead of hayton. Anyway as far as I know Dayton is marketed as low end Tyre from Bridgestone.

Anyway, I'm wondering how's the performance of Dayton Tyre indeed. Is it on par with Bridgestone mainstream or it just as bad as Silverstone or Goodyear low end Tyre.

Actually i do not want to purchase this tyres. Emergency case. Wanted to get Hankook S1 Noble or V12 Evo2 but dont have my size even other Hankook models too also dont have and it was a Sunday.

Its dirt cheap though.

Comfort - so so la. soft but noise level is ok only, not that quiet.

Dry Grip - Its below average to me. I went genting (dry sunny day) for a drive going moderately fast on corners, ESP light blinking. I've never seen it blinking b4 with the previous worn out PS3. But to be fair that time the tyres were 1 week old.

Wet grip - Bad bad bad bad, hydroplanning is very bad too..

That's my opinion on this tyre la, i actually wanted something on performance side.

If can just spend a bit more on other better brands.

Gonna use it for a while and chg again soon.

hi, u can survey at all workshop that near u and i will suggest u to use hankook if u don't mind to spend more money to the tyres..
michelin is more suitable with the light cars such as axia coz the tyres is really2 soft in inside of the tyre..
*
huh!I ask premium tyre then u suggest a cheaper one, really big difference .hahaha..are u sure michelin suitable to axia??as I know Michelin suitable like sports car or expensive car. but thankzzz for your sggstion. smile.gif of cozzzz hankook more affordable but its quality is really low..

i'm a bridgestone user sometimes i found my tyres got a same problem which is easily got the pecah2 on my tyre is that because the hot whether or the quality itself??? my friends said that because of whether. . . so, how long have u use continental?? coz i really want to give a try. . hehehehe
*
Bec u parked always under the hot sun n rarely send for polishing of tyres.

Dayton dt30 on my myvi. Bad and unsatisfactory cornering. Dry and wet grip is decent.

Go for dayton to save budget if ur not aggressive driver who drives and turns at higher acceleration. I.e city drive
Not if ur staying in Klang valley or using plus highway often

I am asking u all to stay away from these tyres

They are a tad better than ur Silverstone but way below ecopia and possibly xm2 in fuel saving

It is a good budget tyre and that's it.
If u drive fast like to corner fast or want safety and grip esp during rainy season

This tyre is going to take ur life away.
I only rank it above Silverstone and falken and all other nonsense tyres. It's most entry lvl of Bridgestone tyres

Michelin xm2 is best among all all-season tyre,* price also highest. can anyone share experience comparison with goodyear and dayton, or even continental? goodyear recently promotion a lot.. so pricing are similar too..
