i got install zone alarm pro 7 n then i know that zone alarm pro is a trial version software, then i uninstall it n try to install zone alarm 7.
but when the screen go to small rectangle after i click the zone alarm 7 software, the problem come out.
the problem is need to shut down the true vector service before installation running. but i dunno where is the true vector service n how to shutdown the service.
So, anyone know how to solve tis problem,pls tell me. tq.
