Being charged international for facetime, How to disable?

I just came back from overseas and saw that I m being charged for a number to uk. When I check online it is a common problem with iPhone FaceTime that it send this message to U.K.
How do I disable this so that I don't get charge again? I don't use stupid apple FaceTime.
