STMSR is a virtual platform where a vehicle owner can make an ownership transfer without visiting the JPJ Office. The process enables the registered owner to change the ownership to the buyer (new owner) through online transaction providing both parties use the 1Malaysia ID access (1MID).

This service offers the vehicle owner an alternative solution should they decide to make the vehicle transfer. The vehicle owner does not have to visit JPJ Office. Instead they can conduct the process at their convenience as long as they have an internet access.

I would like to thank lowyat for giving me a chance to serve members to do online car transfer ownership.

Scenario like this:

Ms L called me last Friday request for online transfer ownership.

She is driving BMW328i Sport now however this car is belongs to her ex-husband and recently just fully paid off the bank loan.

She request to transfer the car ownership under her name instead. Be informed that the car window tinted very costly, so she not willing to remove it during inspection time.

I said no problem as long as she willing to pay extra to settle it.

After meet up her ex-husband Mr K to do bio-metric thumbprint (car owner )

Ms L drive her car to my showroom to do bio-metric thumbprint (new owner) and left her car in my showroom.

On Monday morning I already settle the inspection and perform the online transfer ownership immediately. Afternoon 3pm I delivered car back to Ms L.

I'm still doing door to door transfer car ownership services.

Scenario like this:

Mr C called me last week Thursday 20th May 2020 to request for online transfer ownership. He informed that owner will send car to puspakom for inspection by today.

He want to buy one 2nd hand Mercedes Benz C200 W205 (fully paid bank) from his friend however his friend is diagnosed cancer (not sure is which stage) and sitting wheelchair at house.

Hence, His friend prefer door to door service to settle the procedures of car transfer ownership instead of attending JPJ by herself due to immune system weak and Covid 19 Virus nowadays.

He request to transfer the car ownership from the car owner into his wife name on 21st May 2020 at owner house somewhere in KL.

I said no problem as long as I can meet both car owner and buyer and do bio metric thumbprint by putting their NRIC into my device.

On 21st May 2020, I reached owner house around 2pm and met both owner and buyer to do biometric thumbprint. The whole process done within 15minues and settle transfer ownership online IMMEDIATELY.

On 22th May 2020 Morning, I went JPJ to print the new car certificate and pos laju it to the new owner house. A photo of new car certificate also will whatsapp to him before sent to parcel.

I would like to thank lowyat for giving me a chance to serve members to do online car transfer ownership.

Scenario like this:

Mr Tee called me last week Thursday 20th August 2020 to request for online transfer ownership. He informed that the car actually is belongs to his belated brother and recently just received the high court order to authorize transfer the ownership to his sister in law. And he wanna buy over the Toyota Altis from his sister in law.

So in this case, 2 times Puspakom Inspection and 2 times JPJ transfer ownership are needed.

1st one will be done the puspakom and transfer ownership from belated brother to sister in law. (Puspakom report show his belated brother name)

2nd one will be done the puspakom again transfer ownership from sister in law to Mr Tee. (Puspakom report show sister in law name)

After I explaining the procedures and the flows and I request him to bank in 50% payment to me first as I need do the booking puspakom 1-2 week earlier. Mr Tee agreed and made the transfer of payment to my account.
I straight made booking puspakom on 27th August evening after received the payment from Mr.Tee.

On 26th August 2020, I reached Mr Tee house around 9.30pm as he request me come and collect the Toyota Altis one day earlier so that wont't so rushy on the exact day of car puspakom inspection. I left my car and my car key to Mr Tee and swap his Toyota Altis then drive back my house.

On 27th August 2020, I went Puspakom around 2pm although my booking appointment time is 4.30pm. I did informed Mr Tee that I will help him remove three pieces of car tinted which is front windscreen and front both driver and passenger side. After few hours of waiting, I manage to get the puspakom report with LULUS.

After done puspakom, I called Mr Tee and want to arrange the 1st transfer ownership which must perform at JPJ Counter only. We both agreed to meet each other at JPJ PJ Branch on 29th August 2020 (JPJ is opening during weekend on the entire month August ONLY)

On 29th August, we both meet each other at JPJ PJ Branch and perform the transfer ownership successfully into sister in law name after I guided them what kind of formal documents to bring. JPJ Officer inform that only can perform one time transfer ownership with the puspakom report named belated brother name when we request to do second time transfer at the JPJ Counter.

Afterwards I advise Mr Tee and his sis in law come to my showroom and we try do the second time transfer ownership using MYEG thumbprint device so no need send the car to puspakom again. Thanks GOD!!!
We manage to do the second transfer ownership online using MYEG device within 15minutes. After done transfer ownership from sister in law to Mr Tee, they leaving due to some personal things. I straight go again JPJ PJ Branch to print the new car certificate which show Mr Tee name on it and deliver to Mr Tee at the night time 9pm.
