recommended price for spraying rim??

im planning to change my rim color since recently i found out the rim color is a bit "gay".
my current rim color is black with blue lip. my next new color is dark bronze, tytanium, or dark gold.

I brought my rims to this shop LS, located at Sunway. I only sprayed the rims once. The paint is still intact after 2 years, except the front one, kena the brake fluid, gone. He charge me RM280 for all 15" rims.

Another one is, some paint shop, this fella charge me only RM100 for all 4pcs, spray any colors that I want, bronze, gold, whatever. But he told me that, can only last for 3 months.

RM1 per day. LOL!

rm100 is quite cheap but from ur review, it can only last for 3 months--> bad quality.
zeist, so did u tried spray your rim for rm100 too??

Have not tried. The LS, Sunway shop, they mix with some hardener putty, not sure what is it, it look something like those putty. I think that is to make the paint last as long as possible.

So the result is, your rim surface will not be smooth. You will feel rough surface. But of course when you look at it, sure look smooth ler.

the problem is who will go near ur rim and use their hand to feel the rim izzit smooth or not? so this problem not a problem at all

Duhhh, of course not my rim. Some people do mind about the rim surface.

the quality is so so , not that bad
and its alrady more then 3 month
so, its a great deal i guess..
