Nvm... its ok. Cyber has these special spawns from time to time esp on Friday.
My second D9 was caught in Cyber on Friday, in front of MDEC building below the gym.
Normally the rares will appear at old town area, sometimes a bit further - BMW, Bus Station, Petronas, TM/Telekom side.
Either you scan using 3rd party or depend on luck nearby list.

i use the nearby list one, didnt use any 3rd party scanner....any good one can suggest i use ios

curver ball first you need to move your ball to the side, while throwing your finger need to draw a curve then release finger...then the ball will be curve and have star around it...use normal pokeball practice catching cheap pokemon, btw i learn my self never watch any video

Drawing a 6 (let handed) or reversed 6 (right handed) on screen is a good way to start.

I'm sorry but im using android... i normally don't use them because i also just rely on sightings / nearby. The ones i know of are pokemesh, pokealert and poketrack.. but for android.

now taman jaya omanyte spawning like crazy...magikarp available to a smaller degree. go catch enough to evolve. i manage to get enough candies and an amazing omanyte with ok cp to evolve on wednesday

i can throw curve, but almost never get a "great" throw.

Just a matter of getting used to the distance for diff mons.

Timing and managing strength for distance. Some curve + nice also not enuf... Lol

need practice lor. b4 level 25 i just throw my pokeballs at mons n pray they will stay inside. now i generally use curveball, dont care what throw it is haha.

I caught a snorlax today around 900 CP. It's Lick and Earthquake.

should I power it up to 2000 CP??

What's the IV? The moveset is not good for attack and defend. I'll not recommend to power up. Snorlax candy is so hard to come by , use on the one that got the best moveset and strong IV at least.
