Talk calmly to them and make sure they know that if the issues are not resolved satisfactorily, you will make use of all social media available to inform the public of this. The pictures you've shown here will not look good on them and the Honda brand name.

Btw, for the swirl marks, most of the new car deliver to the dealer by honda will have this. However, the dealer will normally wash and polish to remove swirl mark before deliver the car to the buyer.

Having an accident is unlikely. It's probably just a very bad paint job. Unfortunately as the car is already registered with JPJ in your name you can't refuse it. The only remedy is to insist that they respray it for you.

Buyers should hold back paying the balance between loan and selling price until they have inspected the car. The car will not be registered to you until you have made the down payment and the bank loan cannot be released either.

SA will usually pressure you to pay first before viewing the car. They will give excuses like your car cannot arrive until you pay. Do not give in. Your down payment has nothing to do with your car's arrival in the show room. Once your car is in PDI it WILL arrive in 2-3 days as the dealer cannot delay it.

Bring a banker's cheque when you inspect your car. Only when you are satisfied then give them the cheque. If not you can still reject the car.

Do you mean October? Polish might help to remove the swirl mark maybe. If your car is still in the showroom request your SA to do it for you.

Adhesive? Try go to carwash, they have some chemical maybe able to remove this. Previously my car got adhesive they use some sort of chemical help me to clean but not thinner

Got. Maybe you turned off / disabled the volume somehow or wore the seatbelt immediately after it dings.. It will say "please fasten your seatbelt" or "please fasten passenger seatbelt" after the dings.

Try driving without wearing your seatbelt for a while

There is a setting to turn off guided voice. It's in the settings for audio

Mine only keep repeat ding ding sound once in a while if did not fasten seatbelt.
