I think those who booked have no idea what they've booked, this might be toxic property without much of appreciation... 15 acres of cemetry isn't a joke.

So far i did take a drive to pjs 4 area and survey, the muslim cemetery is in well organised. haha. So it doesn't look like too scary. I think with limited land area in klang valley, there will still people just need a shelter without considering their view. I think since ohako andsome project nearby bandar puchong jaya can perform quite good in term of occupancy rate, i think it is worth taking the risk to buy aera residences.

Didn't know the issue is already three years old. All the better to keep the discussion on the issue longer, that maybe one day, decision will be in favor of redevelopment purpose.

Ohako is freehold. The land opposite of aera residences, separated by the ugly klang river, is bandar puchong jaya. Anyway, i see the Jabatan perparitan is doing some upgrading works on klang river (signboard has been set up). And according to the security guard at that pjs 4 muslim cemetery site, there are currently about 70++ body cremated at that site. Haha...

Yup. As what i said earlier, it is really a muslim cemetery land, but it is well planned. Some people might treat it as a taboo but for some people they not care about it. Haha. And the stretch of that area is undergoing some upgraded works. The upgrading works have been started as well.

From my point of view, Aera residences got some strong selling points because of its entry price and accessibility. The area might get big transformation as Masteron, another developer has planned a mixed development there, and the whole area is called PJ south city. Haha.

You guys know the layouts macham mana? Cheapest unit is 2r1b, and then 2+1 (that +1 room isn't gonna be able converted into bed room) is this practical for families?

To be very honest, what's the purpose of having such large balcony layout but most units are gonna looking at the large cemetery?

But as I know this project is definitely BBB (not buy ya, is book book book) but I don't know whether they know about the exact location and view of that cemetery.
