Hopefully phone last until end of the month without incident, then those pre-order should be considered quite lucky instead (safe for the hassle and initial scare). We get to use the phone so much in advance, and then get a second new unit plus extra freebies. I applaud Samsung for their thoughtful service recovery

Anyone can help on this error? The backup progress bar successfully completed from 0% to 100%, but each time after completed, this error occur. Tried 3 times, all 3 times the same. Attached thumbnail(s)

I believe SG allow the return without accessories to save all the potential trouble. There are really many loose accessories in the box. Sure have customers who lost some of the items or even forget to return in a full set. Hence it will be quite messy actually. Of course they can choose to remove those from your new set or even ask you to buy one to replace it.
