Eddmecha replied to person who complained about loan phone grade because maxis gave him/her J7 only rather than those flagship Samsung phone. They didn't complaint or comment about the hassle of data transfer.
It does caused hassle but in this case what will be ur suggestion?
Do you expect them to loan you brand new in box of S7Edge because you bought their flagship phone thus deserve VIP treatment, then too bad then.
I also complaint in their Fb wall, I complaint because replacement need to go through method of purchase rather than centralize @ their service center which I think will be benefits to overall customers.
