Well, can't be too greedy on this one lah. Let them settle the replacement units first. Then take a rest a bit, calm and steady..... and come back full force in Oct! If possible, bring in the blue coral version as well lah. No need to wait any longer lah. I am sure the new color will change those minds who afraid to buy Note 7 in the first place. 

Right now what Samsung should focus on is good strategies. Regain customer's confidence is the first priority they should attend to!

They have it but they give out Note5 first because have a lot of stocks. But sadly only two colours available, Pink and Gold. Gold already picked up by many people. So Pink have a lot of stocks.

I'm still not used to pink colour. Especially on the things that I used the most. But luckily my official corporate shirt is pink. They said I'm handsome wearing pink. Have to wear it every Thursday. I feel so malu.

Deactivate after 30 september

After 30 September samsung will remotely deactivate our Note 7. Hmmm Can they really do that?

Samsung booked a spot in Midvalley for a showcase next week... This was probably the planned launch date before the whole battery fiasco...

Impossible lah. Most likely just a demo unit for you to touch and molest. But since the issue is not yet settle, I wonder if they dare to put a unit in the road show.....

With the current fiascco, I dont think so. Maybe after Samsung solves the batteries issues and replaces all current units.

It's a good thing that you still have numbers to count. For people like me who are waiting for it to be launched, we can only pray for it to launch as soon as possible.

Of course I think the same too. But one side of me want to see it asap, another side of me hope that Samsung don't rush and they will take time on fixing all the issues before launching it. Aik! Dilemma here.

Samsung Service Center is the best, yesterday I receive a call from my service center asking about how is using the Note5 as a temporary replacement currently. And they also reminded me to bring whole box and receipt when want to claim the replacement unit on the 29th.
I think Samsung is the best after sales in service compared with other brands that I use previously.
The worst SC is Sony Mobile.

Dell tak pernah rasa. At least this is the best I have ever gone through. I'm using an Asus laptop, the SC was not so good. Got problem with software, but takes almost 1 week to solve. At least the laptop is still going strong for 4 years already.
But I heard many people said Dell SC is 5 star.

Maybe you said is true. Maybe my SC is the best, but others is so-so only.

Always heard that Asus's after sales service is very bad. Not only in Malaysia, even in Asus motherland Taiwan. The Taiwanese users always complain about their SC services all the time.

Woah I thought only here in Malaysia, but it also happened in Taiwan. They are good in quality, but in terms of SC. I'm just speechless. My friend send his laptop for software problem takes almost 2 weeks to solve.

But still, my Asus N56 still going strong after 4 years. Kudos to them for making the best laptop ever. Maybe after this can try a Dell laptop.

Look what happened to Samsung when they decided to remove the microSD slot last year. They were hammered by all Samsung users about the slot removal. Maybe they won't go that route again.
