lol...  then dont bother it. we always have the latest news & info updated y not good.

by the way, not sure if this been shared here.

singapore note 7 exchange programme

the way they carry out the excahnge programme totally diff to SME, in the article also mention they can keep the accessories. Our pm ady set example also treat own country and rakyat "differently" .. wat to do.. lol

Wow, they done it so professionally in Singapore. 90 counters to serve some more.

What I like about it is that the exchange programme is done in one place only. Not like Malaysia, we need to go back to respective vendors causing so many miscommunication in between.

Good movememnt, bro. Juts to let you know that not only in here, Taiwanese users are also facing the same problem. Their replacement day is today. Various complaints shows up. Some of them are really ridiclous. For example, an owner was rejected on the exchange programme because he lost the manual book. really speechless. doh.gif

Not sure if they realised that such act actually tarnish Samsung reputation further.

They actually put customers safety behind just for a booklet? Simply ridiculous!

SG is small. If you live in Sabah Sarawak they ask you to come KL to exchange I'm sure you flip table already.

Ok, I didn't thought of that.

But I still think it should be done by SME themselves rather than going back to respective vendors (Courts, Sen Heng and etc). At least the directions would be clear and no miscommunication in between.
