Have been using advan fleva V701 on my ride 235/40R18 for about 25000km
Tread life still about 40% and now looking for new tyre to replace this.
Here is my review:
Dry handling is superb. Better than PS4 i use previously.
However in wet handling is opposite of PS4. Wheel spin all the way.
There was once i almost crash on highway.
Heavy rain and i was crusing at 100km/h. Suddenly my front wheel just loose traction and start to spin!!!
Luckily that highway is 3 lanes and no other car nearby.
From fast lane spin and swerve left and right until manage to control back my car.
Since then i not dare drive over 80km/h when raining.
PS4 is really king of wet handling UHP tyre.

Comfort is not there as my car is equipped with adjustable suspension and 40 series tyre wont be comfort afterall. But definitely noiser when compare to PS4 and my friend (same car same setup) using V12evo2.

Treadwear life is also not that good. For my daily usage in town and ocassionaly touge i think should last only 40000km max.

V701 is actually not bad considering the price

DRY : V701
WET : PS4
