OT, I know, but I have read cases of A/C causing condensation in the 360 when you turn the A/C unit off. I guess Malaysian climate doesn't really suit the 360.
hmm..what bout other gamers who also don't have their a/c turned on 24/7? any experience of console breaking down?
what about those gamers in europe/america? come summer, i guess they'll be playing it in an air conditioned room right?
what i do know is tht condensation will likely be the problem when you put the console in a place where the difference in temperature is EXTREME. like, putting it in a freezer, or out in the cold where it's almost sub zero temperatures. also, places where it is dramatically cold would cause condensation. however, i don't think air conditioned rooms will give condensation problems, but please correct me if i'm wrong.
i put my set on an open table, a lot of space all around for ventilation and i normally switch on the AC when i want to play games. hopefully this isn't a life-shortening lifestyle for my 360.
