Got to give credit where its due to MV, he made this legend made a mistake and beat VR by setting the fastest lap in the last lap, great race by him.

I think after his contract ends he should still win titles but as Team SKY VR46 owner.

jonathan rea should re-enter into motogp, although he was quite unsuccessful before. upgrade one self for new challenges.

but i dont blame him though, why leave wsbk when he can be no1 week in and week out?

Yeah same feeling from me too, I've stopped watching WSBK long time already now.    It;s a pity coz Rae good and fast but unfortunately the rest are just below par and makes the championship a bore fest.

No use going to Motogp if you just run around at the back, especially if you are a multiple champion in WSBK.

I think JR knows his limitations, coz I don't think he can match the top riders of today (MM, MV, VR, JL) on pure pace and he's not that young anymore too, so the prospect is fading fast already. If he wants to win in MotoGP, he needs to be in a factory Yamaha or Honda or at least Duc, where each of this team has an 'alien' or two! Plus he still needs to deal with upcoming talents like Zarco who is already waiting in the wings when VR retires. So his chance is next to none.

Not Troy Bayliss?? I think Troy might be better coz at least he managed to win a MotoGP race on pure pace!

these are the 2riders i would like to see to excell in motogp but at the end of the day we all know...

how about a trend of motogp rider goes to wsbk?

pity biaggi...he learned the hardway to get that wsbk title...he is not good enough to win motogp title...

checa also another good rider but not that good enough in motogp..

since the last 2 races michelin have decided to supply motogp team with harder sidewall tyre....
the tyre seems suits/favour heavily to duc.
pretty much as closer as it get back then during ducati/stoner years....

 

Yeah unfortunate for him, just when we thought he got to grips with the new bike. But what he said is true, mv went to Yamaha from Suzuki is an improvement that's why he has more confidence, VR on the other hand went from a very good Yamaha to a lesser(underdeveloped?) Yamaha. From what I've seen over the years, if you go from a lesser bike to a good bike your performance improve substantially where as if u go from a good bike to a lesser one it drops a lot, mostly because of confidence. Eg, Rossi to ducati. Even Dovi from Honda to ducati took him many years to improve. He was quite good on the Honda till Honda dropped him
