MM more frustrated for this one compared to Austria. In Austria Dovi made a brilliant move, arguably MM could have closed the door better but I'll put it down as Dovi winning it instead of MM losing it. Here MM lost the bike accelerating out of the final corner, giving the chance for Rins to power thru on the inside.

Age is catching up already. It's commendable to be racing and still be among the top 6 riders in the championship at his age. Would love to see him win a race this year.

FQ has some searing pace in qualifying. If he manages to have consistently good race pace, he’ll be challenging for several race wins in the future

MM well deserved champ this year. Never finished out of the top 2 except US when he crashed out of the lead.
Looking forward to MM & FQ rivalry provided FQ gets a championship-contending bike in the next few years. This kid got some serious pace but can see MM was just studying him the whole race and pounced when he wanted to |

Not a big fan of his but acknowledge that he is talented. Very unfortunate with the injuries he’s had in the past year that didn’t allow him to race at his best. Risks of the sport i guess

MM confirmed not racing tomorrow. Should have just rested in the first place. No point risking making the injury worse

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Aug 7 2020, 09:19 PM) FQ again fastest in FP2 but super close with FM. VR again back to his normal as the slowest of the M1s. The times are very close though with only 0.6sec separates the top 10. Only can dream of such a gap in F1 but these days 0.6s is the gap between the top team and the 2nd best one. Lol |

Good thing he’s conscious. Maybe slightly good thing he hit the bike smack centre and straight. If it was on an angle i think it’ll be worse

Oh my goodness. Another horrific crash. Vinales and Rossi were soooo lucky not to get hit by the bike

Apparently FQ had a massive highside and needed to be stretchered away. Hopefully not too bad

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Nov 9 2020, 12:27 PM) Still 2 more races to go, hopefully he will bin it in the next race so the final race will be a nail biter. 🤣 Hahah he only needs to finish 9th in both races to secure the championship. Seeing how consistent he is this year, gonna be difficult now for him to lose the title |

The only positive thing is he and his medical team not taking any unnecessary risks. Should have done that last year. Not sure we’ll ever see him back to his dominant best again
