Congratulation to Quartataro, at last he wins the championship after last year's roller coaster downfall. This year is Yamaha year, crown rider championship for MotoGP and WorldSSP, coming soon WorldSBK, triple header yo.

Really unexpected race.Moto2 too. Rossi made it to top 10 in home race. Not a win or podium but good enough.

Yeah very unexpected with FB and RF both crashing from the lead!
Honda gifted a 1-2 cuz both Ducs crashed in the same corner but still good job by MM to keep the pressure on and get his 3rd win of the season! Hopefully next year he will be back stronger to give the new champ a big fight. Finally good recovery by FQ to earn him the title, he deserves it this year. First France world champ in premier class. |

One thing I notice though that FQ is still quite weak in the wet! |

QUOTE(Aydee @ Oct 25 2021, 09:11 AM) Haha yeah, understandable given the occasions. QUOTE(skylinelover @ Oct 25 2021, 10:00 AM) haha MIR and FABIO fight for 2022 with the 100% fit marquez inside the mix Naah Mir is IMHO the slowest champ I've ever seen, even slower than Hayden which to me both won titles because others made mistakes, not because they really fast to win. I am hoping big fights next year again between FQ abd FB plus hopefully MM. I am hoping Morbi also can regain his 2020 form to steal a win or two next year.next year triple fight will be more exciting  This post has been edited by 6UE5T: Oct 26 2021, 02:06 PM |

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Oct 26 2021, 12:11 AM) Haha yeah, understandable given the occasions. I concur. He was consistent but not fast enough and very lucky that the leaders took points from each other. Mir Almost didn't get any wins. I'd like to see FQ and FB again. Bastianini and Marini(especially since on a newer spec bike) are 2 guys to watch out for. Martin has potential but lately crashes out too much.Naah Mir is IMHO the slowest champ I've ever seen, even slower than Hayden which to me both won titles because others made mistakes, not because they really fast to win. QUOTE(voscar @ Oct 28 2021, 03:38 PM) I don't think so coz they bring their coach over from Marini's team.https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/990042/1/...e-srt-vr46-2022 That being said I think he'd make a great coach, seeing what he has done with the VR46 academy talents so far. But to do coaching for other teams he might be too expensive haha. He mentioned he is going 4-wheels next year. voscar liked this post

QUOTE(skylinelover @ Nov 1 2021, 09:55 AM) Stoner won the championship at right timing, with Ducati having top speed >20kph over the rest? I still remember 2017 frequently watching Stoner overtaking Rossi at the straights as if he riding Honda Cub, haha |
