It's like Ducati simply is not interested to win and Yamaha guys beat themselves out of the title and gave it away to him. He is probably the luckiest champ, more so than Hayden. Surely not a great way to win the title but a title is a title and it counts the same in the record book.

Breaking! Honda 2019 has 12 or 13 wins, this year 0 win. Worst bike of the year, lol. cool2.gif

Honda and MM probably regretted that they tried to return racing too soon which worsen his injury. If he actually waited maybe another 2-3 races before returning, he might even still had a shot at the title.
*
I doubt MM able to participate next year's early few races...
Someone shared his view MM's 1st surgery was very poor.

I hope Kawasaki comes back to MotoGP someday.

Just realized that Yamaha overtakes Suzuki and VR ends up so low in 15th even behind the rookie Alex M. Who would've thought in such open season, VR did his worse!

It's incredible the 2020 M1 started the season in high, dominating 1-2, then keep rolling back and ended the last race with 11th, 12th, and 14th.
Meanwhile 2019 M1 achieved better result with FM. It's funny the satellite team and older bike beats them!

I'd give 4/5 because it was so open right until the penultimate race, lots of surprises, and new winners, just missing half point due to MM not around and another half coz VR practically went anonymous throughout.

Biggest Loser of the 2020 season: MM with zero point
Imagine without the 1st race crash, he could've crushing this field with consistent podium finishes. If that happen I guess now everyone will remark 2020 season as boring, another MM year, lol. cool2.gif

Imagine being in denial & a sour grape because your beloved yamaha can't capitalize on marquez absence 😂

I'm glad it wasn't FQ walkaway dominating the championship, been fear of this if he gets confident by winning first race he will be invincible, MM#2, unable to stop him with Yamaha the best bike at the beginning of session. Rollercoaster drama is fun, but pity that guy now need seeking psychologist...

I got the feeling his motogp career is finished... don't recall any rider injured and away > 1 year, return and competitive again.

Wasn't it his own fault for wanting to race too soon and also stressing the injury at home?
*
Also his fault for huge ego trying to stop FQ for the 1st win. Many said the 1st race he goes crazy because FQ is in his head.

As always, Rossi probably testing race pace rather than outright speed. And curiously, MM not around for the test.

Perhaps MM not in for this year's race as well... bruce.gif

Yamaha looks good with Quatararo and Vinales combination, anyone putting ALL eggs on Yamaha team this season?
I guess last year they were running on conservative engine mode to save engine after the valves drama, this year if they are running on full power, they can win more races, haha.

Problem is if Yamahas keep winning(or 3 of them), they will take points from each other. Then someone else probably will steal the crown from them(again).
*
Oh ya, that's possible.

Yamaha looking good and VR being cheeky to tail gun FB to get up to 4th. But great lap by FB to get pole by a good margin but I think the win will be among the Yamaha guys.

Dukahati Zarco hit Top Speed 362kph (?) during this weekend, I guess Dukahati riders will overtakes Yamaha riders on straight, their bike is a rocket.

Can Dukahati finally overcoming the tyre drop out problem during race? Meanwhile Vinales showing impressive consistent pace on FP2 long run, guess could be his race to lose.

I think he would be mentally destroyed if Vinales winning again while he's in dead last position, probably the retirement could've come earlier this year.

Great race by FQ, can see he was pushing hard to overtake and gap the Ducs in the twisty sections. Great race too by JM only to lost 2nd very late. Great day for France with strong consistent race from JZ to lead the points now. MV actually has strong race pace but just maybe not able to be aggressive enough like FQ. The Ducs are saved by their rocketship engines! The factory Ducs should be a bit pissed though, beaten by their satellites, will this year be their turn to be beaten by satellite like Yamaha last year?

Meanwhile VR was just languishing at the back. 😆

Aprilia, KTM, Suzuki all in front of Honda? Honda the worst bike this year? Lol

Probably 2 champions going to retire after this year, VR and MM.
I think MM may not be able to get back the form, retire and be AM's manager instead, lol.
