It's like Ducati simply is not interested to win and Yamaha guys beat themselves out of the title and gave it away to him. He is probably the luckiest champ, more so than Hayden. Surely not a great way to win the title but a title is a title and it counts the same in the record book.

Honda and MM probably regretted that they tried to return racing too soon which worsen his injury. If he actually waited maybe another 2-3 races before returning, he might even still had a shot at the title.

I hope Kawasaki comes back to MotoGP someday.

Just realized that Yamaha overtakes Suzuki and VR ends up so low in 15th even behind the rookie Alex M. Who would've thought in such open season, VR did his worse!

I'd give 4/5 because it was so open right until the penultimate race, lots of surprises, and new winners, just missing half point due to MM not around and another half coz VR practically went anonymous throughout.

Imagine being in denial & a sour grape because your beloved yamaha can't capitalize on marquez absence 😂

As always, Rossi probably testing race pace rather than outright speed. And curiously, MM not around for the test.

Problem is if Yamahas keep winning(or 3 of them), they will take points from each other. Then someone else probably will steal the crown from them(again).

Yamaha looking good and VR being cheeky to tail gun FB to get up to 4th. But great lap by FB to get pole by a good margin but I think the win will be among the Yamaha guys.

Great race by FQ, can see he was pushing hard to overtake and gap the Ducs in the twisty sections. Great race too by JM only to lost 2nd very late. Great day for France with strong consistent race from JZ to lead the points now. MV actually has strong race pace but just maybe not able to be aggressive enough like FQ. The Ducs are saved by their rocketship engines! The factory Ducs should be a bit pissed though, beaten by their satellites, will this year be their turn to be beaten by satellite like Yamaha last year?

Meanwhile VR was just languishing at the back. 😆
