WSBK really jumbled up these last opening races. Not the usual trio dominating the races. All no 2 riders stepping up.

F1 got Red Bull Max Verstappen domination, WorldSBK got Ducati Bautista domination, I hope Motogp won't be so one sided domination

Expected to be Ducati in MotoGP but we don't know which yet.

Marc Marquez going to fight with own team mate - Joan Mir, hahaha

From the looks of it, it's actually Alex Rins on the LCR having the upper hand.

Motogp race weekend how come here so quiet? Pol Espargaro had very nasty crashes, hope him well and no major injury. Jack Miller on KTM and Vinales on Aprillia topped Top 2 free practice timesheet (what?! Thought would be Ducati Cup)
*
Haha busy watching all sessions. Plus Asian Superbike Championship also on live.

Sprint race yesterday was crazy. It's like the first few laps of Moto3. Can't wait for the full race shortly

MM93 and Repsol Honda appeals their penalty and it goes to the Court of Appeal lol.

I think the penalty is too small for an appeal. Hope he gets a race ban instead hahaha.

Yeah, hopefully there's no 1 rider dominance but as you can see, it's an all Ducati podium.

COTA sprint race wasn't as dramatic as the last two. I think everyone is got the hang of it and calmer now.

Main race a lot better than the sprint. Only 13 riders finished and Honda finally wins again after 2 years.

1. Alex Rins
2. Luca Marini
3. Fabio Quartararo.

Seems to me Marini could've gotten the win if he could pass FQ earlier.

Recent interview with Pedrosa reveals MM works to improve the bike for himself whereas Pedrosa tries to improve the bike as a team. He didn't want Pedrosa to get the same improved parts and refuse to take parts that Pedrosa deemed better. I think this is why the Honda is terrible now. Rins has been able to adapt to the bike better than everyone. Pedrosa also revealed Honda typically follows what the fastest rider wants which means MM's demands within Honda probably will be granted lesser.

So this is the KTM conundrum for next year.

https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/1025926/1...ging-moto2-star

But my gut says someone is interested in that seat, which will be a surprise move:

This probably backs the statement:

and this.  that Marini elbow save.

If Alex wasn't there, it would've been the save of the day. I also believe he was poised for the podium at least as he seems to be quite fast once in clean air. Hope he gets well soon.

That's what I thought as well.  Save of the decade maybe.
Alex couldn't do anything to avoid that.
in case you missed Moto2, big crashes as well.
Drama week.

So far I haven't missed a single race this season, even watched practice. SA63 qualified in 9th in Moto3 but too bad he crashed.

BTW regarding penalties, it's been really inconsistent. I believed MM93 should have been penalised when he waited and followed Bagnaia in practice. Lower classes riders were previously penalised for doing that.
