hi there iPhone expert, I'm tempted to get iPhone 7 from Singapore. Some seller said warranty claimable in Apple Malaysia while others denied it. is there anyone that has actual experience in claiming warranty with Apple Malaysia for iPhone bought in Singapore (or outside Malaysia)? cheers and thanks in advance smile.gif

Hello guys, just want to ask is the iPhone 7 sold at Apple Store in the US is totally an unlocked set? Just out of curiosity haha. The after converted price of the 7+ 128Gb is around RM3.6k. If its true Im going to ask my bro to get me one  biggrin.gif

just to confirm bro - when select "One-time payment" option, it will bring me to another page stating "Unlocked iPhone connected to XXX" (XXX being the name of the selected carrier). do you have any idea what does it mean "connected to"?

Means the phone will have a SIM card from XXXX inserted inside. US iPhones don't include SIM eject tool, because people buy for their specific carrier and activate it without changing SIMs (but still keeping their same number). This was the case when i bought my 6 Plus from Verizon, Phone will still be unlocked though.

thanks for the sharing bro. so, can I conclude that when I receive the phone, I just have to get myself a pin, eject the SIM tray, take out the XXX sim card, put in Malaysia SIM card, and then start using it?
