Not really I asked them before as I am long time maxis customer they say the phone u return must not have any scratches to it, u r paying for the service every month as well it's not free.

I would rather they offer a trade in program just like what samsung does but sadly in the case of Maxis, the trade in program only comes after several months when the hype for iPhone dies down
