Guys, just curious, how would you feel if the rumours regarding no headphones jack were true?

Would it deter you from buying the next-gen iPhone?

It's definitely true.

Rumors also has it that Apple is bundling a pair of wireless EarPods and 3.5mm/lightning adapter in the box... So if that is true then it won't matter too much.

Anyway, here's an interesting take on the removal of the traditional headphones jack: -

Nope. I'm always using wirelsss earphones anyway. Never like cables.

Well, until it's officially announced tomorrow, it still remains as a rumour whistling.gif

Personally, I'm not bothered because as another forum user here has mentioned, as long it comes with an adapter, I'll still go ahead with my purchase. Hope by using the adaptor, it doesn't degrade the sound quality coming out of the EarPods

My current iPhone's headphone jack is fu*ked up anyway. So I've been using Bluetooth earphones. It's fine for me.

no. it was over warranty already. so i just switch to bluetooth, and more recently, the lightning connector, as i drive more than walking around.

if nothing much changes than i might go for a used 6s plus instead and wait for 7s

will find out tonight on whether its worth upgrading or not
