On a side note, eventhough i'm interested to see all plans tonight, i wont be signing up to any plan. FYI, due to current market trends, postpaid plan will definitely get better in the upcoming months, so I dont want to be tied with 'old plan' for so long.

The whole point of Telcos having such packages is to lock you on contract. So dont just simply buy what you dont need just because you want the phone.

KE,this is based on my previous experience buying IP6S with Celcom.

(128GB 7+ with Gold Plan for 24 months)

(RM2978 + RM 700) * 1.06 = RM 3898.68
((98-70) * 1.06 * 10 months) + (98 *1.06 * 14 months ) = 296.8 + 1454.32 = RM1751.12

3898.68 + 1751.12 = RM5649.8 for 24 months

RM235.4 per month.

simpler version;

(RM2978*1.06) + (98*1.06*24) = 3156.68 + 2493.12 =5649.8

(RM4299 include GST) + (45*1.06*24) = 4299 + 1144.8 = RM5443.8

Celcom launched their plan RM2978 for 128 iphone 7 + , RM98 per month x 24 months

Telcos will always try to cash in on Iphones because they know many iphone users are sheep and are desperate to get their phones. I dont think so for this round. I never missed a new iphone since 3GS but im going to skip this round after comparing the 7 Plus against my 6S Plus.

Is MOP128 the cheapest plan for iPhone?

My first iPhone is iPhone 4, then i skip 4s
