Purchasing from Apple Malaysia? RM3.5k++ with 15% discount. Does this indicate that Malaysia's price for i7 Plus 128gb will be around 4000-4150?

Well, all I know is that the Plus version can give me a full day's usage without having to look for a powerbank or socket to charge. And if my usage isn't heavy, I can even get two days of battery life before having to charge.

However, telcos all got pre-order but take note, if you want to get on time go and queue once the clock reach 14 October 00:00 then you will get yours if they doing midnight launching.

If they do not do launching then you have to wait their business hour 14 october 10am(normally).

I will went for Digi midnight launching.

And those pre-order from telcos, if you lucky you may get it on 14 October if not then good luck, it will delay till got stocks. This is what i always repeat yearly, pre-order = pay first get last.

Pre-order is for those whom are not keen to get on time and lazy to queue, so they do pre-order   Only the lucky will get on time.

last year was late around 2/3am+ only can purchase from Apple Malaysia Online store, i used to buy 5/5S/6 just right after 12am+, can order already
Apple Malaysia is online store start from 14 October, the time is depends... usually after 12am on the launch date.

I will switch to Maxis if the package offer for i7 is good, no point paying for poor network coverage like Digi~

Any particular model or color you are aiming for? From the looks of it competition for black ones will be intense. Jet black ones I think will be super, super hard to get seeing how supply is limited even globally.

Yeah...currently also rocking first basic 38...the rate for calling after the free one used up is actually quite cheap...the highest i hit also around RM42 

Want to ask.. if the say upfront payment RM 1,000 and device Rm 2,000, that mean when we collect the phone we have to pay RM 3,000 right?

However, if you are not heavy usage, then this plan is not suitable for you, imagine your monthly commitment is only RM50, you just need 3GB data, so no point to pay extra for the subsidies phone.

RM98 - RM 50 = RM48 and multiple 24 months its RM1152 different.
But bear in mind, one is 3GB data and another one is 10GB data.

So at the end of the day, it will be worth if you find a right plan for you.

If you guys do not understand then I change another scenario, you went a restaurant, 250g wagyu beef costs RM250, but 500g costs RM330. However, if you can only consume maximum of 250g why pay more to waste the food? hahaha

For me it's not about the data coz I hardly ever finish the monthly quota allocated, but it's more about the calls coz I'm in the sales line, and I clock minimum 8 hours talk time a month. Which is why I'm always happy to sign a contract with telco.

Oh, and the fact that the company pays my monthly commitment fees helps, too
