WoW Patch Downloader Block Internet Connection?, Weird...

Yeah, when I tried to download the newest patch, my internet connection seems to be slow-fast-slow-fast
While the downloader was running, I tried my friends PC in the same house same connection. They are okay I cancel my downloader and my internet connection was running okay... Any idea why? |

It's some sort of bandwidth cap TMNet is doing. I can't play WoW when I have BitTorrent on.

I stopped using the Blizzard downloader since our friends in TMNet started with the bandwidth throttling. Slow as hell, sometimes cant even connect to the tracker. If unlucky, you could leave the thing on all night and see progress 0% next morning.
