To be fair to both parties, show us your screenshot too that no transaction has been done. Furthermore in case that really someone did passed away, mayb you ought to give her more time.
Other than that, the transaction happened how many days ago? Up to date is it already 3 days? or 4 days?

For the buyer part,
if you haven't banked in, just admit you haven't bank in. Dun simply tell lies.
