After many long months, am finally getting my damaged floor tiles fixed by professionals. The tiles was damaged by the cleaners using undiluted cleaning products I guess, which resulted in not only ugly spots, but also damaged the glazing of the tiles.

Yup, these are the before pictures. Will update with the after pics once all done. Some pics of the demo/test done. Looks promising. Will share contact of the company doing the restoration once everything is done (and if I am happy with the end results) 😁

I found these guys from here:
https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...13&hl=polishing.

The stains have all been removed and my floor looks very shiny and new now.

They actually had to grind off the top layer of all the tiles in order to remove the stains. After the grinding they polished the entire floor. Took 3 full days to complete.
I like the fact that the 'sifu' constantly checked the results and he will get his workers to redo any spots that is still not completely clean.

So, job all done, ugly spots all gone, floor is all shiny and new. I am happy with the outcome. 😁

What kind of tiles are these? Or they are marble/granite?

Not marble or granite. Ceramic/porcelain tiles (I can't tell the difference 😊)
