Hi..i need some feedbacks from maxis fiber user because im about to sign up for Maxis Fibre 10mbps

1. Is it good enough to stream 1080p movie?
2. Is the speed stable at 10mbps (i know it depends on locations, just hit me your experience)
3. Is the speee up to promises?

Conclusion : worthed or not?

Thank you for your opinions

1. Is it good enough to stream 1080p movie?
>Youtube 1080p requires 5-8Mbps.

2. Is the speed stable at 10mbps (i know it depends on locations, just hit me your experience)
> 8Mbps - 9.8Mbps throughput on wired connection

3. Is the speed up to promises?
> If you are using custom router, yes the speed is up to promise. TnC has 80% BW commitment.

Conclusion : worthed or not? - worth for WISE card + One plan
(ie. 10% off RM128 for 10Mbps = RM115.20)

I have problem with DoTA 2, spiking up to 500~1k ms. Is it because of the router? The speed is good, can get full.

Likely. Change to some third party je lah. Bloody Thompson router is shit. Not sure if they replaced mine today, I'm not home.

Within an hour it could disconnect up to 3-4 times. Randomly though, not all the time. Imagine playing dota halfway, disconnect reconnect disconnect reconnect disconnect reconnect.

I am also contemplating to change from Unifi 5MB to MaxisOne 10MB or not. Price of Maxis cheaper by RM20 somemore. The Free RM30 calls also free to Telekom landlines? Router good or not ? Any installation fee ?

Thanks

Any user that are subbed to 50mbps or 100mbps here? Planning to change from unifi 50mbps. Unifi is stable, but they throttle netflix down to 10-15mbps(please note normal speedtest goes up to 47mbps). Any maxis user that are using at least 20mbps that is streaming netflix 4k hdr here? Please share cz i am sick of this throttling.
