have you tried, drop everything in the setting to low, fresh install the game or more extreme format your windows?

other than that i would say any of your hardware might be dying. maybe your gpu, maybe your hdd

what setting? i dont know any special setting for ultrawide; just set fullscreen

if you are good player and have time to grind; buy premium time. the multiplier when you carry the team and win is BIIIIG, benefit for ship's captain training too.
converting free exp using doubloon is big monetary loss i think, unless you have too much money to throw better pay WG than pay najib i guess

now im back even stock ognevoi 3x2 torpedo launcher that should be worst in tier8 could do magic lol, hit something everytime

new event coming even before haifuri/HSF collaboration event, Wargaming putting Kamikaze-R as prize again

now you might want to get as many tier 5 ship as possible and grind the now on going event that requires to get IJN Mikasa as prize; 75k base exp to get her...
some say Mikasa is a requirement in one of Haifuri event to get the fat cat as captain...

seriously now when bb vs bb its already very passive
if cv become active again even dd could not push cap or flank enemy anymore

that is what i do 80% of the time, it translate to my above average winrate but below average damage
but can't do that when cv put plane locked on to me from start to end of battle, end up 0 cap point to me that game

did you link your paypal to credit card?
try calling number on the credit card asking them to enable international transaction, sometimes it is because of that maybe not

its interesting that Cpt Isoroku the cat will join as IJN fleet captain

this hints as the upcoming premium ship HSF Harekaze will join as IJN ship and maybe HSF Graf Spee will join as Kriegsmarine ship.
